Spotlight on Our Team
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Colleen Lewis is a Paralegal with Frame & Frame. Colleen was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Having an extensive background with customer advocacy, she felt a calling to pursue an education in the legal field and decided to pursue her degree in Paralegal Studies. She attended the Anne Arundel Community College Paralegal Studies Program (approved by the American Bar Association) and graduated in 2015 as a Certified Paralegal. Colleen currently manages and assists the attorneys with Probate, Family Law, and Guardianship matters. On the weekends, she enjoys playing board games and video games with her fiancé, spending time with her friends and family, and visiting her local coffee and board game shop in Annapolis.

Walking for Suicide Prevention
As part of our commitment to give back to the community, Tara Frame along with her colleagues at Thrive Arundel, walked to show support for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. This small group of local professionals also raised over $1800 for the cause. Way to go!

You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know
There are a lot of misconceptions about estate planning. Here are the 5 most common:
COMMON MYTHS ABOUT ESTATE PLANNING
- It’s expensive.
- I can do it myself online.
- Estate planning is the same as long term care planning.
- I’m not wealthy enough to need an estate plan.
- The plan I did a few years ago is still good.
Don’t be misled by the myths. This Free Guide to Estate Planning was designed to help educate clients on what you need to know to make informed decisions.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator border_width=”3″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
Be Safe Out There This Halloween
- walk on sidewalks on lit streets (never through alleys or across lawns)
- walk from house to house (never run) and always walk facing traffic when walking on roads
- cross the street at crosswalks and never assume that vehicles will stop
- have flashlights with fresh batteries. Kids may also enjoy wearing glow sticks as bracelets or necklaces.
- only visit homes in your neighborhood and/or the homes of people you know.
- Help them check all treats to make sure they’re sealed. Throw out candy with torn packages or holes in the packages, spoiled items, and any homemade treats that weren’t made by someone you know.
- Don’t let young children have hard candy or gum that could cause choking.
