2024 Vernon G. Frame Scholarship Awarded
In collaboration with the Rotary International Club of Lake Shore – Severna Park, Frame & Frame was pleased to present the 2024 Vernon G. Frame Scholarship to Kelcie Gannon, a senior from Chesapeake High School, who will be attending college to study criminal investigation and profiling. Tara K. Frame, Managing Partner at Frame & Frame Attorneys at Law, presented the certificate.
In memory of Founder Vernon Frame, the firm has continued the scholarship program which is designed to assist students who plan to study law or law enforcement.
