Frame & Frame, in conjunction with the Rotary Club of Lake Shore, annually co-sponsors the Vernon G. Frame Scholarship. This is need based scholarship is open to high school seniors at Severna Park, Chesapeake and Northeast High Schools who plan to study law or law enforcement. The application is available on the website and applications must be completed and postmarked by March 28, 2022.
As noted by the Rotary Club of Lake Share:
The applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered for these scholarships (a strong emphasis is placed on community service):
- Be a graduating senior, attending Northeast, Chesapeake or Severna Park High School
- Children and grandchildren of Rotarians are NOT eligible to apply
- Planning to attend an accredited community college, college, or university
- Have a minimum UN-weighted GPA of 3.5
- Have demonstrated involvement in community service activities
- Have demonstrated involvement in school activities
- Have financial need in order to attend college
